This stylish place is perfect for group trips visiting the area for a few days, and or staying for a couple of weeks. This beautiful house in the heart of Beverly Hills is in the hub of all Michigan has to offer. Only 5 minutes from downtown Birmingham and downtown Royale Oak. Near the best cuisines, cafes, bars, breweries, and so much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, or cozy home base while exploring Michigan. This is the go-to modern and cozy spot made perfect

This house is a Two-story house with a fully finished basement. It has three bedrooms, two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom On the main floor, you have the dining room, living room, kitchen, and entrance to the backyard. By the kitchen, you have access to the basement. The basement has a workspace along with a nice cozy hangout spot and another room and full bathroom along with your laundry room.

Guests will have access to the entire house, and will not have to share the house with anyone. The backyard is open to the guests and will have the backyard with a patio.

I will be in touch with guests every so often and check-in on them to ensure their stay is going good!

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, within walking distance to downtown Royal Oak and is very accessible

The property was condemned for being uninhabitable by the City of Royal Oak MI. The owner won’t return calls. VRBO won’t return the rental fee. Had to refute the charges on credit card!
