The property is fine for a weeklong stay if you don't need any frills. You get the bare bones, and that's what we expected: beds with linens, towels that can be exchanged for clean ones, a friendly and helpful staff, and a hot shower in the morning. No one can predict the volume of the neighbors in a long term stay hotel, and no one can decide but you how happy you'll be without any frills, but I was content with what I received for the price.

The room was not cleaned. It was quite clear. We found the hair of a previous guest on the nightstand and bathtub, and in general it was easy to tell it had not been cleaned. The elevator and other areas of the facilities were quite dirty. Overall, the conditions were poor and we will never return.

The reviews were spot on, clean room. Fine for the price, down fall Pot smell every where, but not in room so that was good.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There was no elevator, which made it extremely difficult to carry luggage, especially for families or anyone with mobility issues. The room was missing basic toiletries — no shampoo or conditioner provided, which is unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, the hallways had a terrible smell that made walking through them unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Basic hotel, nice for an inexpensive place to stay if you’re busy during the day. Easy access to the Southfield Freeway. Has no one at the desk to check you in late at night. You have to call a phone number and do it over the phone.
