"The property is really good. The view was really mesmerizing with a background of long trees and the foggy tea estate after rainfall. Breakfast was Very Good. Staff is also very much responsive."

"Great Experience"

"Very helpful and friendly staff, great nature friendly property and good food. The bird-watching nature walk by Bibin was a highlight."

"Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall."

"Haven in the hills. Loved our stay at Windermere, a thoughtfully curated property with a a focus on nature. Definitely recommend to nature lovers looking for a peaceful stay with all the creature comforts of a luxury getaway."

"The staff is very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are very different as to what is shown in the poctures. Restaurant kitchen is not clean. Team memebers from Happy Hub were good."
