Good .medium type hotel. Good staff service. very good complimentary indian style break fast. Dinner also very good .waiting time in the restaurant was little longer than expected but it was freshly prepared by the chef based on our order.overall good Hotel

The Hotel deserves 5 stars coz of location, cleanliness, delicious freshly prepared food from their kitchen, and friendly staff who are also very accommodating. However, guests are inconvenienced due to 1) no desk in room. I was told by reception that desks are available in superior rooms and not in basic rooms. I checked hotel’s website and don’t see any mention of desks in superior/ other rooms or any photos showing desk in room?? 2) Electrical outlets locations are poorly located in relation to room furniture arrangement 3) tea packets are provided in room but no coffee or creamer packets as per their policy ?? 4) there was no laundry service or air conditioner in rooms as advertised

Nice and clean hotel in a nice area, close to Munnar. This hotel offers a very good value for the money.

Comfy bed, no view

Not much going on here. WiFi not working. No view. If staying in Munnar you should really stay somewhere with a view in my opinion. On the positive side the room was clean with air con and the bed was super comfortable.

Ett helt okej ställe

Hotellet är väldigt nära Tea Gardens som är det mest Magiska med Munnar. Tuc Tuc finns utanför för att åka in till Munnar Centrum. Läget är således drömmigt. På hotellet är servicen på top men tyvärr så är väggarna väldigt tunna. Det är lätt att höra från både korridorerna såsom livet på gatan utanför. Det är ett rent hotell men när man ser fläckar på lakan och täcke blir man lite besviken. Som en helhetsbild så är hotellet helt okej tack vare sitt läge och service - väldigt prisvärt.
