All rooms are this way, booked here about 5 times because its the best location for me but at this point I'm fed up being cold. The room service just barged in an hour before checkout while I was putting my pants on. "

"I arrived at the hotel at 6pm and checked in. The front desk employee was less than helpful. I inquired about the WiFi, as I had a work call and she was very vague about a guest wifi that sometimes worked. I booked a king suite with water view. She gave me wrong directions to my room. I figured it out finally; the room was lit by lamps only and only 1 worked. For the price I paid, the balcony was uneven with broken furniture, the non working lighting and the unfriendly and unhelpful staff made me never want to return."
