"So, during our stay the power went out overnight. As a result, we had no power in the morning (phone flashlight to shower/get dressed), no check out, and no breakfast. We had to carry our luggage down 6 flights b/c there was obviously no elevator (lucky not trapped!). The night before there was a medical incident so police and firetrucks were all over the lot. "Not the cleanest"

"The location was ideal, very close to the mall and restaurants. The room was ok, very basic. The outlets in the room were outdated with exposed wires at the base. The beds in my opinion are uncomfortable. The bathroom was the nicest part of the room but could have been much cleaner. The hotel itself is ok. The front lobby is nice but once you get past that, it's run down. The hall way and elevator area looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. Staff was just ok - not welcoming but not unkind...

"The pool was great. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were clean. Laundry was easy. Beds were AMAZING. And the front went above and beyond to get us in our room even though we showed up super early."
