"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. "Friendly staff, nice hot cooked breakfast, each item of breakfast food chosen from a menu, coffee very luke warm unfortunately, hotel clean, one small incident while we stayed but receptionist sorted it out straight away with understanding and courteous. The porter could have been a little more courteous and a little less grumpy but this didn't apply to the rest of the staff, they were kind and helpful."
