The cottage had everything we needed and was a good base to explore cradle mountain from. We picnicked in the yard overlooking mountain ranges, and my girls loved exploring the area and finding all sorts of animals. "We were 6 friends gathering for some road cycling in the area. The location was perfect for our needs and the house easily accommodated us with adequate facilities for preparing meals and socialising after our rides. The house was clean and well equipped and close to Ulverstone or Devonport if you wanted to eat out."

"Spacious and super clean beach house with a really well appointed kitchen within 3 minutes walk of the beach. The local convenience store is fantastic - great burgers, rolls and fish and chips and with a really good selection of groceries. Lots of nice cliff top and beach walks nearby. Highly recommended."

It was very centrally located to family in Launceston and Paper Beach enabling us to enjoy the comforts of a spacious and well appointed home while visiting family. Close to Grindelwald, while we didn't utilise the facilities here this time we will certainly consider staying here again. 15 minutes into Launceston is very handy, Legana close by for groceries, takeaways, tavern meal, bottleshop, anything we needed. "Very easy property to stay in and while away from main centres so central to lots of beautiful drives as well as giving immediate access over the road to a beautiful beach"

"We had a wonderful stay here. Everything we needed was there. Sarah was a great host and very accomodating. The only thing I would criticise would be that one of the bedrooms only had sheer curtains so was very bright in the morning."
