Dog friendly town home with a pool and walking distance to beach!

Beach Club #12- Conveniently located in Dewey Beach and a mere 2.5 blocks to the beach. This three story town home is dog friendly! The town home has two off street parking spaces and a community pool. The first floor of the home includes and open living, kitchen and half bath. The second floor includes one full bathroom and two bedrooms. The third floor includes a master bedroom and bathroom with a balcony overlooking the pool.

Tenants with pets will pay a $200 non nonrefundable pet fee per pet.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $193.00.

Booking Restrictions-
7 Night Stays- starting June through August
2 Night Stays- Jan through April and October through December
3 Night Stay- starting May through mid June

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
