Exceptional amenities are offered to our guests in and out of the condo. This kitchen will please any chef with custom tile, stainless steel appliances, exotic granite countertops, and an extra-large sink. Custom tile flooring in the main living area w/ gas fireplace, 52" Smart flat-screen TV, queen sleeper sofa available for additional sleeping, kitchen table, and additional seating at the breakfast island. Luxurious primary bedroom w/ beautiful bay views, king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, oversized private en-suite w/ custom tile work, and double vanity. Your second bedroom offers a pyramid bunk bed & single trundle bed (sleeps 4) and access to a full hall bathroom.
Private patio on the expansive Plaza Courtyard where you can access the community grilling area, community fire pit, and amazing ocean and bay views.
Our guests have access to indoor and outdoor pools (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), a new community gym on-premise, and two assigned garage parking spots.
LOCATION: Downtown Dewey Beach with ocean and bay views! Two blocks to the beach and just steps to the bay. Walk to Lighthouse Restaurant, Rudder, and so many more. Just park and walk everywhere!
PARKING: Garage parking for two cars. The max height is 6'6, no oversized vehicles are permitted, and all roof racks must be removed before entering the garage.
AMENITIES: Indoor and outdoor pools, washers and dryers, Wi-Fi, community gym, and elevator building.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. One dog under 20lb is allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee. (Breed restrictions are enforced.) Guests who want to bring a pet must complete a pet registration form with copies of vaccinations and register with the Town of Dewey to obtain a pet license. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental program to guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
