"Very clean nice home. Only big suggestion is a propane grill rather then the small charcoal grill. Also shower door and regular door in bathroom of master bedroom need attention. Owner very accomadating. Would rent again- with hopes of different grill."

"We just completed our 3rd stay at magical Montario Point and this time we had the luxury of almost 2 weeks, as compared to previous 1 week stays. The house is just as described—with plenty of space and flexible sleeping space as well as a well -equipped kitchen, family room space and large eating porch (which also has 2 couches; LOVE to go out there early in the morning for the birds’ serenade).
