"We had a good experience at Ritz-Carlton Chengdu - the facility was in excellent condition with luxurious touches throughout. The breakfast was superb with great selections and excellent quality. It was also in a great location. What fell short slightly was on the soft side - service was solid but too formalistic and lacked personal touch and flexibility. Our luggages were delivered to our room after about 30 minutes and only after we asked for them. When they were delivered, 3 pieces were missing initially and we had to check on them again. When we booked the hotel, VIP service was listed but when we checked in, no VIP service was offered. The experience fell short of our expectations from a 5-star hotel."

"The room is comfortable and clean. Staffs are extremely helpful and diligent. All the future guests will not be disappointed. However, the TV might not be in the best position as it is not easily viewed from the bed. But overall, this is the hotel that I would come back the second or third time. Kudos to the staffs ❤️"

"Spacious room, comfortable firm bed. Free drinks in the room. Generous breakfast Stylish communal area and a delightful garden. The only thing lacking was a safe in the room Restaurants and a convenience store next door. Walkable to the train station"

"Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Everything you need. Great location. Short walk to people’s Park. Great swimming pool and fitness area. Staff super friendly and efficient. Near to shopping centres for food and Starbucks. Great breakfast with very good choice and good quality foods and fruit. Shame I couldn’t stay longer."

"The hotel was in a good location and walking distance to IFS. I liked that it was one block away and the staff were very lovely. It is a lot less chaotic staying one block away (extra 4 min walk) than right in the centre. The staff were also very pleasant and a lot of nice restaurants to try."

"The front desk and cleaning staff were great. We loved the breakfast. The laundry machines were useful and convenient you like shopping, the hotel is next door to the Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and the Chengdu IFS mall."
