"Location, unit design and size are all good. But the resort requires maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and painting) as lack of it started to show. Wifi service is very slow, and 4G coverage in the area is poor. The is no food serving facility in this resort, which could be inconvenient sometimes, and given the location of this resort, there are limited food delivery services as well. It would’ve been much better if part of the private swimming pool and yard is covered to allow convenient...

"It was good beach house but it has three issues 1- all the services is 30 min away 2- the beach was about 100 m away. 3- every time you go out for something you need to have a new gate pass. Finally although the house is huge the maximum gusts are 12 only. "

"Location excellent , quite clean beach . Management give access to people not staying at the resort to use the beach which makes it crudely. They charge/ person so they get more. When you call for service no body answer after working hours . No body come to pic the garbage "
