I should've been in here by 2 pm. But i got here little late. They had me waited for long time. They were gossiping with each other, laughing using phones. But rather than that everything else was cool. Food is expensive here. Outside food is not allowed. Water bottle is only given upon requested.

Rooms not as per description

Hotel is in center of city, always traffic Jam. Hotels.com advertised Delux Twin room as "340 Sq feet area with city views" , "Layout Bedroom, living room and dining room". I booked three rooms for three nights each but hotel do not have any rooms as per description, they have small room hardly 100 Sq feet with city views or bigger rooms facing wall and other rooms windows. This is straight away cheating. On requesting to give me room as per the description they straight away say, We do not have such rooms. Good Wifi but only in rooms Rooms are clean, room service good

covid has affected FARS’ house keeping service

Covid has changed the hotel industry but FARS appears to have also stopped focusing on room cleanliness during the stay. We stayed for 5 nights and their house keeping policy is that they will not enter the room during our stay, nor clean the bathroom, room tile floor, or make the bed. This has led to an uncomfortable and unhygienic stay in this hotel as we needed to upkeep the room ourselves during our five night stay. Do not stay in this hotel during Covid if you are staying for multiple days as you would have to clean the bathroom yourself. Also, there is NO breakfast buffet anymore served by their restaurant. You are only allowed a very limited number of breakfast items delivered to your room instead. They carry very limited food for breakfast. The only good side is that common areas are kept clean. Room is clean ONLY when you check in and then you are on your own for upkeep.

立地が旧市街にも近く、近所に庶民的な食堂やグラミンユニクロ、郵便局と抜群の環境。部屋は清潔で窓が大きく、ハウスキーピングも適切で快適な滞在ができた。入口の警備員もフレンドリーでいいし、また滞在したい。

very good choice

FARS is a perfect middle way between average hotels and top level hotels. Management is very responsive and the pick up/drop off service convenent and efficient. Breakfast is superbe.Pool can be better (the sunbeds are old) and the gym is top class. My room was without view and the possibility to open the only window was not there but the room was quiet. TV service is much better in other hotels both in terms of channels and of signals.Overall very satisfied

An oasis in central Dhaka

Fabulous. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room with an inward-facing window, sheltered from the noisy street traffic outside. The room was impeccable and service was friendly and attentive. The rooftop pool was lovely and not at all crowded during my visit. I had no trouble getting an appointment at the spa, and the body scrub was delightful. The free breakfast is very generous and includes things like yogurt and fresh fruit, in addition to more traditional regional breakfast items. The restaurant also offers lots of variety, including a decent selection of vegetarian options. Other perks included a reliable wifi connection, and a free English newspaper and large bottle of water each day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a bit of luxury in the centre of Dhaka.

Safe, secure and clean hotel

I was here for 1 night and it was great. Stayed at another hotel but this was the best one in my stay in Dhaka. There is stringet security checks for every one, including guests. Armed guards were stationed in front of the building and cars are strictly monitored. Room was modern and clean although the bed was hard. Breakfast selection is decent and a la carte lunch was delicious! One thing to improve on would be having a proper baggage area. I left my luggage with them after I checked out and when I went to collect it, it was just in a corner covered by a white cloth! Overall, it was a great experience at a decent price. Would definitely stay here again!

使い勝手のよいホテル

部屋は十分な広さで、2人分のスーツケースを広げても余裕でした。ミネラルウォーターは1リットル入りが2本置いてありました。ドライヤー、湯沸かし器、冷蔵庫、セーフティーボックスも備え付けでありました。バスルームはシャワーのみですが、温度、量ともに十分でした。 マイナスだったのはトイレの便器の水たまりにボウフラがわいていて、そこから孵った蚊がバスルームの中を飛んでいたことと、シャワールームの排水が詰まっていたこと。ボウフラは何度か水を流して、いったんはいなくなったのに、翌朝はまた１，２匹いました。排水管のつまりはフロントに話をしたらすぐに対処してくれました。スタッフの人たちはみんな愛想がよく、いつもニコニコ顔であいさつしてくれ、気持ちよかったです。 ホテルの周りには店もたくさんあり、食事や買い物には困りません。オールドダッカの中にあるため、夜でも少々にぎやかですが、利便性を考えるとメリットのほうが多いと思います。

Good security, friendly staff

Staff are friendly and helpful. The security was good. Location was close to other Chinese and Thai restaurants that I like. Near by has fruit juice shop that I love. Down side, breakfast was not enough variety. Sorry to say it was terrible. The menu was almost the same everyday, I had a long stay. They should think of International guests. The food was too spicy for me.
