"Wonderful property, super kind, helpful, and competent staff. I had some issues with professionalism and keeping up to the Indian standard of hospitality at another hotel in this city and I’m happy to say this hotel keeps up with the bigger cities. It’s a veg hotel and a nice surprise was really good coffee at the cafe with a real espresso machine. The breakfast buffet was also good, even though there are no eggs. The pool is quiet and peaceful. It is close to Pheonix mall. Bring cash as I found it hard to find an ATM."

"Excellent service overall. After an initial glitch, everything else was perfect throughout our long stay of 22 days. Overall experience including housekeeping, room service, onsite dining were all extremely good. We had a great stay that started with a warm welcome and ended with a farewell, with no room to complain. Thank you Sayaji Indore team!"
