"Apart from cleanliness and courteous staff, I would like to highlight the personal touch demonstrated by each staff member. Things like wrapping my phone charging coil with a velcro tape, placing the clock on the side of the bed I was sleeping on. This was my second time at this hotel, being a solo traveler and a long-staying guest the previous trip, I felt at home, safe and secure at the Taj Palce."
