The King high roller Suite was just a bigger room. Mini fridge didn’t work windows were dirty bathroom shower was nice but cabinets were dirty and dusty bathroom fan didn’t work AC was set at 68* and kept turning off so it was really hot at night this was in August HOT!! And no way to adjust the temp it was locked . No coffee maker. But the view was nice.

Clean room perfect view good restaurants

When we arrived at the resort there extensive lines to check in and not enough staff to assist with the amount of people waiting to check in. The room I booked was not available for some reason, so they gave me a supposedly upgrade but it had two queen beds which I did not ask for or need and there was nothing else available per there staff. I booked a king since it was myself and my partner. The cleaning staff would show up at odd times to clean the room if at all. They did give me a one night credit for resort fees but that really doesn’t justify not getting what you reserved and paid for. They should have comped all the resort fees and been more understanding of the situation. They are completely understaffed and need more help in all aspects for hospitality.

One of the best places to stay in Vegas. We have now stayed here for 2 years in a row And cant’t say anything but great things about them. A special shoutout! Our family loves breakfast at Saddles and enjoying the company of Tina and Beth! They are the most gracious hosts giving hugs to so many of the guests….its absolutely amazing to see the genuine warmth and depth of character where they don’t just treat it as a job but a true joy to take care of guests. We have never eaten at a restaurant where the hosts are interacting with guests at leisure while still managing the never ending crowds. This is the perfect place to start your day in a leisurely manner. Thank you from our entire family!
