"All the staff were very obliging and very helpful. This is not a Hotel. Rooms for rent, more applicable. Our room, the classic, was very small, very little storage room, very small wardrobe. Which had five clothe hangers. No were to store the suitcase, so small it was difficult for two people to move around. Luke warm shower in the morming, air conditioning was faulty, these were rectified after several complaints were made. Very poor choice of television channels. WiFi was ver good. Spoke to maitaince staff, who informed us that last year's maintenance had not been carried out untill we had arrived. Ancient coffee machine, which was broken. No kettle or tea making facilities. No communal areas, no seating facilities, no bar. Only a small restaurant were breakfast was served, closed at 10 am. Very small pool, with sun loungers. No tables or chairs. This is ok for one or two nights. We a were there for ten nights. OVER all very dissapoint ING."

"We had a good stay overall, with a few things worth noting. The staff were excellent. Petros handled a leak in our room brilliantly and upgraded us to a suite while it was fixed. The bar staff were also very attentive and friendly. The main downside was the spa setup. For a hotel marketed as a 5* hotel and spa, it was disappointing that all facilities come at an extra cost. The sauna and jacuzzi require a private booking (30 minutes, €25–30 per person). The jacuzzi was also only lukewarm and only seemed to heat up towards the end, which goes very quickly. It was also a shame the indoor spa pool was closed. I understand this is no longer advertised, but it would have made a big difference, especially in bad weather. That said, the massages were excellent and worth the €50–60 per person. The hotel is a mix of old and new. The older side shows wear, with stains on couches and cushions, but the beds were comfortable and housekeeping was great. The suite was lovely. I would recommend paying extra for newer rooms in the spa building. Breakfast had nice touches like local honey, also given as a check-out gift, but vegetarian options were limited. Indoor seating can be tight in colder months. Overall, great service but not quite a 5* spa experience."

"Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!"

"Rooms are like Villas, bathroom, living room kitchen/dining area, then bedroom and large patio, all fantastic. Location was actually on the beach, could not be closer Shopping was a 2 mins walk to the main street with an abundance of restaurants. Free buffet Breakfast was good, and had poolside snacks and dinner here also because the food was so good. Our shower drain did not drain properly, that was my only complaint. All the staff seemed friendly but there was 1 guy in particular at the front desk that was exceptional, he was a local Greek guy, by the name of Kostas, who really took the time to make you feel welcome and took the time to write down all the best little places to go. Great worker and nothing was a bother to him. I would have this guy work for me anywhere."

"The staff were great, no fault to them at all… but the hotel and area surrounding were extremely drab. There is absolutely no vibe or energy at this hotel, the room has no decor, the shower was falling apart. Breakfast was gross. The neighborhood is pretty much the opposite of what you think Crete would be like… pretty much everything about the place was tired and sad. We regrettably booked 19 nights and spent about 14 of them at other hotels in way better areas. "

"Very comfortable hotel in excellent position. Lots of restaurants nearby and bus outside every 15 minutes to Chania. Hotel provided fruit, bottle of wine and biscuits in the room."
