While the pool area was still under construction during my visit, it’s clear that once completed, it will be a beautiful and relaxing space that adds even more appeal to the property. "Mai house is an absolute stunner. We had just completed a village home stay which was incredible and then landed at Mai House and I thought all my Christmases had come at once. The hotel is beautifully classic and exceptionally presented. The rooms were luxurious and the bathroom was just deeevine, the bath was a little gift after my rice planting, bike riding, fishing, kayaking adventure and the pool area was the cherry on top. The pool bar team even popped our half drunk bottle of wine behind the bar so we could return later in the evening to finish just to ensure it was cost effective. The breakfast had so many options and felt like such a treat. Everything is within walking distance and options to eat and drink were excellent. All in all a truly exceptional stay and and even better experience :)"
