"The property is lovely and so convenient to the college, but the rooms are never perfect. There was popcorn embedded in the carpet, tons of gnats on the window sills and the vents are covered in dust. Yuck! I have stayed on five or six occasions now and it is always disappointing. They could do so much better but they just don’t bother."

"You get what you pay for but for the price it wasn’t too bad. Free breakfast and close to main campus. The only con I had was that the walls are thin. There was a dog barking outside all morning making it hard to sleep in. Overall a great place and I will come back!"

"First time staying here and all the extra "college" touches were great. The do not disturb pendants as an example. The staff were very attentive and the property was well kept and clean. The only draw back was that one elevator was out of service, but these things happen. Will definitely stay here again when in State College!"
