"Wow. What a great time for the family! We booked 3/6-3/7 for a weekend getaway to celebrate my oldest sons birthday. And man. What a great time. We caught probable 20 catfish and 4 bass in 4 or 5 hrs saturday morning. The cabin is beautiful. We didnt explore all the acreage. There looked to be some cleared out pathways. We didnt have a ton of time and we had a blast fishing. The owner Donavan is very nice and responds right away. We had an issue with the fridge leaking and he answered immediately and we got the problem resolved. The mountains are beautiful. Were hoping to be back this summer. But if not definetly next. What a getaway for the family!"

"Room smelled terrible and we couldn’t open the windows due to the amount of stink bugs between window and screen! Toilet ran constantly…. Breakfast was terrible.. they had biscuits and gravy with out the biscuits… no milk for the cereal… many what appeared to be u housed people with dogs staying there! I would not recommend this place!"

"The hotel says in the description that valet is available for $10. The first night we were informed we could self park due to short staffing and the second night they said they don’t have valet it’s $10 to self park. So not only are they still advertising valet parking but they’re charging the same for you to South Park that they were charging for valet. The facility seems to be getting worse each visit. The showers have grime and what looks to be mold or mildew in several spots. The evening staff on the first night was not friendly and even made a comment about people using third parties to book. The night staff the second night insisted the room they gave us had a couch which I paid for and it took me telling him my husband was in the room now for him to believe me and when shown a picture of the accent chair he suggested maybe it was a sofa chair. We were moved rooms. The water pressure dropped in the middle of the shower. We have stayed here numerous times in the past and it seems the place continues to go down hill. It’s very disappointing."

"Property was clean, well equipped kitchen, all linens and towels including beach towels were provided. House is very large with big bedrooms. Kids and adults loved the indoor basketball court. The pool is beautiful but cool since there had been a problem with freezing pipes outside a few days earlier. This was no fault of the owner, just mother nature. Beautiful outdoor spaces and great outdoor views. Enjoyed the farm animals too. Great for my family of 12. I hope to go again when the weather is warmer. Nice meeting place half way between Youngstown OH and Nashville TN. Very private except for the workers taking care of the farm animals."

"Overall nice place with a nice yard. Area was centrally located and the property was described accurately. We enjoyed the stay and the property suited our needs well. Definitely would stay again. Only recommendation would be to update bathroom towels. "
