Quiet and relaxing

"Very clean and had everything we needed to cook with. Very comfortable. It is small but not so small you feel cramped. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others."

"10:40am, still 20 minutes until checkout, as I was getting my things together, housekeeping started knocking on my door trying to get in. I told her I wasn’t ready and it wasn’t 11:00 yet. She left, and I continued to put makeup on and, get dressed. At 10:59, she started knocking again, and said if I stayed longer I would have to pay for another night. If I ever need to stay in Newport again, and can’t stay with family like this time, I’ll stay across the street and Fortune. My family who stayed there all had wonderful things to say. "

Peace and privacy abound. Sit and watch the wildlife

Beautiful peaceful place

"Stayed here for 2024 eclipse. Great location. Easy to find. Came from Florida an friends met us from New Mexico an Tennessee. Accomadations were excellent in everyway. Hosts Lottie an Boyd were great to meet an talk with. Went above an beyond to make our stay extra special. Would highly recomend this place an stay here again if we return to Arkansas."
