"Great visit staff was helpful and nice"

"We were booked for 4 days. The room was only cleaned once. The bed was horrible, the water tasted bad. Had issues with the keyless door, had to be fixed it would not open most of the time. The toilet had issues, my husband had to fix it we never knew if it would flush properly was always a gamble. The phone did not work, so any issue we had with room we had to walk to front desk to report. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but you can only do so much with a marginal property. The...

"The hotel is under construction. There are not many signs helping get through the area , the parking lot is sketchy , zero security, minimal lighting and overall not a safe place to check in after dark. The woman at the cafe is rude and not helpful at all. "
