Good service- bad mattresses

Excellent service- helpful staff! Efficiently appointed rooms but management needs to upgrade the bed mattresses to firmer ones (medium firm or firm), as the current mattresses ( stayed in two separate rooms within the week) is annoyingly soft.

Reasonably comfortable stay

Our room was comfortable. Thermostat was easy to understand. Tea kettle was in poor shape. Would be nice to have slippers and/or bathrobes. Did not have any hand towels or face washer/wash clothes. Only bath towels. Not enough bottled water or toilet paper. Would have given more kudos for the "eco friendly" category if you provided RO water in glass bottles so that you didn't produce so much waste with plastic water bottles
