"Overall, the hotel was very nice, and I personally had no issues with our stay there. My wife thought the HVAC system was somewhat loud in the room we were in, and the display on the microwave was bright enough to light the room. Also, my wife thought the pillows were firmer than she found comfortable. I woke up perfectly refreshed, so it all comes down to your sensitivity. "

"I think the main thing that I really had issues with is. The hot tub didn't work very well. I think only 1 or 2 jets worked fairly well and the rest were either low pressure or not working at all. Also reconstruction was going being done on 1/2 of 2nd floor. So elevator was taken out of service. So it made it harder to take your belongings to your room. "

"Stayed two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. Had a hot breakfast but was very basic. I don’t like that motels have started putting big heavy blankets on the bed."

"I got in late, about 1:30am. I called when I got to the facility from the phone at the front and someone came and checked me in in minutes even at that hour. Room was clean and tidy. Had all the amenities for a long stay. If you plan to cook you with need your own pot, plates and cutlery. I would recommend"

"The stay was okay-night staff were so rude and it took me an hour and a half to get into a room for the night due to my registration “not being in their system” and I had to get ahead of Hotels.com at 11:30pm where everything was confirmed on their end but not at the hotel. The customer service for Hotels.com had to call them to even entertain us staying the night. Ridiculous! The room once we finally got in there was okay-there were crumbs all over the couch and bench as well as hair in the bathtub, but after waiting so long, we just needed a clean bed to get a few hours of sleep. We will NOT be staying with them again. "
