Waterfront Oasis with private pool, Hot tub and 200 ft. Lighted fishing pier

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil private waterfront Oasis. Private waterfront coastal rental apartment downstairs built in 2021 with private entrance on ground level including covered parking. (Owner lives upstairs completely separate from rental apartment)
Apartment Guest have access beautiful swimming pool,
200 ft lighted fishing pier, 2 person Hot tub , fire pit , and Palapa. Bring your fishing gear, there is a stainless fish cleaning table. Unparalleled views of Galveston Bay from several seating areas in this property.
Apartment is 1 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchenette and living room. Kitchenette does not have stove/oven but does have electric skillet, electric vegetable steamer, microwave, air fryer, coffee pot, blender, gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. Large TV’s in living room and bedroom with Xfinity Wi Fi , cable tv , Netflix, prime video and more.
THIS RENTAL IS FOR 2 ADULTS ONLY.
No Parties, events, or visitors are allowed on property. This property is not suitable for children / infants .
This is a great place to come relax by the pool, fish and enjoy all the waterfront views and tranquil surroundings of Galveston Bay. Great views of the ship channel with Hugh ships passing by , shrimp boats going to work, coastal bird watching, and lots of areas for sun tanning and soaking up the sunshine.
Owner does have additional parking directly across the street if needed for a boat or motorcycle trailer.
Apartment is NON SMOKING Inside , but smoking is allowed outside on the property.
I have 3 small pets which you may see occasionally. Pets live upstairs and only go outside to potty. If you have a small pet (dog) that is housebroken and gets along with others it is welcome to come on vacation with you. Please bring what you need to clean up after your pet goes potty. Cleaning up poop is not part of the cleaning fee. NOTE- There is not a fence around the pool or waterfront bulkhead to protect pet from falling in water. You may want to bring leash, kennel or pet play pen to keep your pet safe. Pets sometime will chase birds on the bulkhead and pier which could cause them to accidentally fall in water. Your pet's safety is your responsibility.

Excellent view of the bay. The private pool was beautiful! The property is well maintained. The host was so gracious. We were greeted with homemade chocolate chip cookies and blueberry muffins for breakfast. Very close to great restaurants. We’ll definitely make a return visit!

Relaxation in great Location!

Great location, minutes away from some of the best Seafood in Galveston County! Outdoor area is perfect!! Pool & shade to beat the heat and a private pier with good fishing! We will definitely make this place a return trip!!

Beautiful property just as described! Mitzi is a very friendly and attentive host! Hubby and I felt like we were in our own oasis; very private! Also, great restaurants nearby. We ate at Topwater Grill Saturday night; good seafood minutes away. Use live bait for fishing!

Weekend Paradise

We had an incredible time and felt like we were staying at a 5-star resort. We are absolutely coming again and glad we found this new weekend spot. Our host was so accommodating and made us feel at home. Great restaurants close by but we never really wanted to leave because we were having so much fun enjoying the pool and grilling outside with an amazing view of the bay.

This is a great place to stay and just relax. The fishing on the pier is amazing. We love to fish and we were catching trout/catfish and even HUGE GAR. The pool and hot tub were the perfect place to relax during the heat of the day. The host was very friendly and easy to talk to. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Absolutely perfect!

My husband and I had a fabulous time relaxing in this precious home. The house had everything we needed for our weeekend stay. Our favorite spot was kicked back in the lounger chairs watching the ocean and the large ships. I highly recommend everyone to go and enjoy this little slice of heaven! Our host was the absolute sweetest! Even left us fresh baked cookies!! We will definitely return so we can enjoy pool time!!

I would give this place 10 stars!

We wanted a “no fuss” vacation, and we found it! The place was lovely, well kept, clean, and inviting. The host goes all in to make you feel welcome, while respecting your privacy as a guest. The bed was comfortable, the air was cold, the pool was sparkling and would be perfect if traveling with a small pet. We enjoyed fishing on the pier, and soaking in the hot tub. Can’t wait to go back. If you want to relax and listen to the waves while floating in the pool- this is the place! Thank you, Mitzi. We left feeling like we met a new friend, and look forward to our next trip.

Serenity!!

My husband and I were looking for an intimate place to stay for a 2nd Anniversary. This place was amazing!! The Host had chocolate chip cookies waiting for us, and the next morning she had blueberry muffins waiting outside our door! The pool was awesome and the 200’ lighted fishing pier was just as good. The view was spectacular! As we relaxed in the pool we watched many boats of all sizes coming by that seem to be in Boat Poker Run. We did exactly what we planned relax, swim and fished at night under the lights and closed the night by soaking in the hot tub. We shopped the Tanger Outlet, ate Mexican food and last but not least ate at the Topwater Grill looking over the bay all of which were all very close to this little place we called serenity!

Hidden gem

We visit the area frequently, but wanted somewhere my husband could fish and we both could relax to celebrate our anniversary. We booked with Ms. Mitzi back in June, but hurricane Beryl hit the week before we were scheduled to visit doing damage to the property. Ms. Mitzi was prompt to communicate that with me and gave me a full refund. As soon as repairs were made and she was open to bookings we rescheduled and we were not disappointed. She welcomed us with open arms and fresh baked cookies. The property is beautiful, clean, & well maintained. My husband enjoyed fishing from the pier while I relaxed in the pool and hot tub. We brought our chihuahua with us and she even trimmed his nails for us while we were there. He had a great time too. We enjoyed our time in San Leon and the location was convenient to Galveston and surrounding attractions. Definitely try some of the local restaurants in San Leon. You won’t be disappointed. It was a fun and relaxing trip. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

I planned this weekend getaway for my wife & I , in celebration of her birthday & our anniversary. My wife & I were very pleased with the property & the amenities. Everything was as described online, we definitely plan to visit again . The property owner made herself available to us during our stay and made sure she kept us updated on the weather prior to arrival. Amazing Stay !
