"I had rented a car for a road trip that had to be cancelled. Parking is a big challenge in the city, and I was grateful for the helpfulness of the staff, allowing me to park in front of their gate. I received a warm welcome and was given a ground-floor room in the front of the hotel, just off the lobby.
