"Francesco was awesome! He was very helpful with giving a list of things to do in Pisa. He included some small things for breakfast along with fresh bread which was awesome and very helpful. Check-in process was quick and efficient, where he was there to walk through the property and answer any questions I had. 11/10 would recommend you to stay here when in Pisa as the location was perfect. "We enjoyed our stay. Francesco is an excellent host who met us on-site to give instructions. The breakfast items were a great touch and much appreciated. The apartment is spotless, and the beds are comfortable. We loved the location, within a few steps there is a cafe, it's close to the tower and the shopping street across the river. "The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location in the heart of Pisa. An excellent 4 * hotel. Very quiet in the evening as well. We stayed over 2 weeks and it was like home. Highly recommend. La camera era immacolata, il personale era molto cordiale e accomodante. Ottima posizione nel cuore di Pisa. Un eccellente hotel 4*.
