"The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk representative you were my photographer, videographer, Google Maps interpreter, and much much more. Whatever we needed you were there to help. Your pleasant demeanor, smiling face and great sense of what to do, made our stay so memorable, and our experience at the Brix a lot more enjoyable. Thank you! Thank you! "The property was modern, clean, cozy and simply lovely. Ellen, the host, had made contact with me leading up to my stay. Additionally, I had a greeting from her as soon as I touched down in Trinidad. She’s pleasant, professional and at your service. I truly enjoyed my stay, it was peaceful and the location was convenient. I am in Trinidad often ,residing with family yet have found my place of solitude and serenity in Tiffany”s Suites. Loved it.
