Villa in Dieulefit in Drome Provençale with views of nature and mountains

This villa is located in the countryside 1 km from the center of the village of Dieulefit, in Drôme Provençale.
It was renovated in 2019 and has a large living room which includes a living room, a dining room and a kitchen open to the living room.
You will find in the kitchen a lot of equipment (Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, microwave oven, ice maker ..)
The first bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a bunk bed and a 140 cm sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The second bedroom, upstairs, is equipped with a 160 cm bed and can accommodate 2 people.

The bathroom has a double sink, a shower and a bathtub.
The toilets are separate, this house also has a laundry room.
Each window of the house overlooks nature
 
you can enjoy with family or friends its vast outdoor area of 2500 m2 surrounded by nature, it has a large terrace with dining area and deckchair…
A children's play area is also present on the ground.
You also get a breathtaking view of nature and the mountains.


PS: we do not ask for a deposit when booking. A deposit check of 500 euros will be requested at your reception. It will not be cashed and will be returned to you upon your departure.

This villa is also well suited to nature lovers (many possibilities for hiking or mountain biking ...), heritage enthusiasts (Chateau de Grignan, village of Poet-Laval) ... as well as holidays with friends or family (large Provencal market, nice little cafes, many activities ...) The village of Dieulefit has a soft and friendly atmosphere ...

Agréable Vacances en famille en Drôme.

Maison avec une vue magnifique sur la nature. Séjour en famille avec une personne âgée et un jeune adulte La maison est agréable et bien équipée et décorée. Belle salle de bain .La chambre du bas est assez petite pour loger plusieurs adultes. Maison idéale pour couple avec 2 enfants. La région est splendide.

En période de température élevée, il me paraît indispensable d’ajouter un store ou une pergola devant la maison et une climatisation

Mais le lit de la chambre du bas est un clic clac et non un véritable lit (pas très confort)Les vitres et autres miroiteries ne sont pas très propres La route située à 80 m en dessous est très passante et les bruits audibles tant à l extérieur que dans la nuit Dommage

Agreable cocon dans la Drome avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé nos vacances en couple avec ma maman de 81 ans. Une vue magnifique, sur le route de Montelimar, a l'extérieur de Dieulefit. Une réservation, une remise des clefs et une sortie faites avec fluidité. A refaire! Merci

Prestation parfaite au cœur de la Drôme provençale !

Cette maison est agréable et parfaitement équipée. On s'y sent rapidement chez soi. Elle est très bien située pour tous les départs de visites aux alentours. Elle est également placée assez loin du village pour la tranquillité mais assez près pour s'y rendre pour les courses, les achats divers, les restaurants... Nous recommandons cette location située au cœur de cette superbe Drôme provençale.

Ruim vakantiehuis met mooi uitzicht

Luxe, ruim modern huis, waarin alles aanwezig was. Fijne tuin op het Zuiden met mooi uitzicht. In communicatie met de verhuurder ging het mis i.v.m. overdracht van de woningsleutel. Helaas alleen via de email contact gehad met de verhuurder. Tip: een losse fauteuil voor de oudere mens zou fijn zijn. De styling qua kunst was top in orde.

Superbes vacances

Des propriétaires très soucieux de notre accueil. Gîte très propre, lumineux et surtout super bien équipé. Nous recommandons cette location pour la splendide vue aussi et si nous revenons dans la Drôme, nous espérons que nous pourrons encore l'occuper.

La Rochette, Dieulefit - Superbe

Stayed for 6 nights. Location is excellent for outdoor living. Beautiful views, quiet location and a very relaxing and interesting area. Dieulefit is a lovely unspoilt friendly village. Madame Remillet is very friendly and helpful. All in all a great place to stay.

Bon Rbnb

C'est un bon Rbnb très adaptable. Il y a peu de lacunes, c'est confortable, bien équipé (même si j'ai noté qu'il n'y avait pas (pour le moment?) de clim, bien que nous sommes resté juste avant les grosses chaleurs). Les propriétaires se sont donnés du mal pour créer un lieu agréable, et même si ça n'a pas les ondes d'une maison de famille mais plus d'une maison construite pour être un Rbnb, c'est réussi.

Ein schönes Haus in grüner Natur!

Die Betreuung war optimal! Auf der Toilette fehlt die Entlüftung. Im Schlafzimmer fehlt ein Kleiderschrank. Für 2 Personen mit 2 kl. Kindern ideal. Für 6 erw. Personen nicht geeignet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt (3 Wo.) fehlt der Abstellraum für das Reisegepäck! Der Raum ist vorhanden, er muss aufgeräumt und somit auch Platz geschaffen werden! Der Sonnenschutz über dem Terrassenplatz ist erneuerungsbedürftig! Ansonsten sind die Besitzer und der Verwalter sehr kompetente und hilfsbereite Personen!

magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé deux semaines en Septembre dans ce gîte, très fonctionnel. Facile d'accès, à une dizaine de minutes à pied du Super U et une quinzaine du centre ville, et commerces; une belle vue bien dégagée, et une environnement calme et agréable. Gîte à recommander.

Vacances 2 adultes et 3 enfants (6 ans,5 ans et bebe 8 mois ).Belle vue mais c'est tout...

Pas approprié aux enfants le jardin n'est pas fini , des outils qui traînent partout autour de la maison très dangereux ,le mobilier de jardin instable et vétuste. Impossible d'aérer la maison pour avoir un peu d'air car beaucoup de moustiques, frelons, autour de la maison( tas de bois ,mauvaise herbes les attires) peut-être penser aux moustiquaires ou encore mieux avec la chaleur la clim' ,route très passante bruit que l'on entend même la nuit fenêtre fermer. Le ménage je pense qu'il n'avait pas était fait le micro-onde,réfrigérateur ,cafetière, plan de travail, sous les meubles,tout était très sale j'ai du tout désinfecté avant de poser les bagages.Quand on a beaucoups de bagages surtout avec un bébé devoir déchargé son véhicule( du parking a la maison) sa fait de la route car pas le droit de rouler dans l'herbe message de la propriétaire pour me le dire . Proximité avec voisinages 3 jours de Tronçonneuse, après le voisin dans bas pas aimable avec mes enfants si il jette un ballonjuste une fois . Quand nous avons vu l'annonce nous ne pensions pas avoir la proximité avec voisinages ,sa ne se voit pas sur les photos je penser pouvoir laisser mes jeunes enfants en sécurité dans un jardin mais non .Les seuls points positifs de cette maison sont la vue et l'accueil de sylvie très gentille . Location bien trop cher pour cette maison au finition bâcler. Nous avons du écourter notre séjour tellement déçu de nos vacances

Dieulefit

Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. Aangenaam huisje, praktisch ingericht, aangename buurt. Leuke plek om buiten te eten met prachtig uitzicht. Veel last van muggen wel, jammer dat er geen vliegenramen aanwezig zijn want door de zeer hoge temperaturen en afwezigheid van airco was het geen overdreven luxe geweest om alle ramen 's nachts te kunnen openen zonder opgevreten te worden 😬. Verkoeling is te vinden oa in Montélimar of le pas des Ondes. Verkoeling zeker aan te raden met temperaturen naar 40 graden.

Musique et rando à Dieulefit

Séjour pour des cours d'accordéon diatonique, qui a permis à mes 2 co-locataires de découvrir Dieulefit en balades-rando.. Le logement spacieux, lumineux, généreusement équipé (en linges de maison, vaisselle, appareils ménagers. .), avec la vue sur les collines et un grand aménagement exterieur, un accès facile, la tranquillité dans la nature (avec la proximité des commerces) fut un bel endroit de détente ! Nous le recommanderions à 2 couples ou une famille avec des enfants.
