"The lady caretakers stayed awake for us even pass our arrival time. She was extremely accommodating and wondering as a person. The dog, Krapus was just a sweetheart and stole our hearts. The place was clean, and as described very much an ocean view. We were able to catch sunrise, which was unbelievable. There are a few bugs in the room we stayed it but it is expected give the room was on the ground floor! Overall, very happy with the stay"

"We stayed for 2 nights. The room was very large, spotlessly clean in the room and throughout the whole facility. The staff was fantastic. We ate in the restaurant several times and the food was excellent. The fresh off the boat Halibut was the best fish I have ever had. We will definitely be back for another stay. This is a great central spot to stay when exploring the Fundy side of Nova Scotia. "

No staff (or breakfast) at the house; you go to the restaurant for that. House is just a tired old grungy outdated house built out of cheap materials many many years ago. "The property owner is very nice, but the condition of the outside of the house was surprising. There are several old trailers along the driveway, old lumber, trash and old building supplies. There is one bedroom on the main level and bathroom with the only shower downstairs. Upstairs has three VERY small bedrooms and an usual bathroom with a tub. During our summer stay, the house was stifling humid and hot with no AC in the house. The beds were not especially comfortable, similar to an...

"The surrounding area was scary. Inside cabin was fine accept the step up into the living bedroom space was dangerous. Curtains were needed in the kitchen area. Accessiblity would be an issue for some. Really hard to contact owners and find the cabin. Would not recommend!!"
