We had the most fantastic stay at Hotel Pax. Our hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They were able to give us guidance on the local area and went over and above to ensure we got the most out of our visit. If you visit Diksmuide or anywhere nearby I recommend Hotel Pax.

Great location. Has been modernised since we last visited & looks good. Parking is an issue as you only have 2 hours by the hotel. Thankfully we stayed on a Sunday so could park all day

Complete dichotomy. Shocked that this modern style hotel did not have air-conditioning on hottest night of year. As noted in other reviews no manager was available. In contrast, young staff were helpful and pleasant and an excellent breakfast. Just avoid if its going to be hot!

Alles war super. Das einzige was ich Beschwerden kann, war keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer und ja es war so warm und wir können nicht schlafen sonst alles war perfekt. Frühstück Buffet war mega.

Personal sehr freundlich, Unterkunft sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist an sich klein, aber alles ist lecker. Frisches Obst. Ab 18 Uhr kann man problemlos parken. Tagsüber mit Parkscheibe 2 Stunden. Das einzige was etwas ungewohnt war: man konnte die Zimmertür nicht von innen extra abschließen.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Hele nette moderne kamers met heerlijke regendouche. Prima bed. Pluspuntje: Er was een airco op de kamer aanwezig. Geen koelkast of waterkoker. Er stonden wel 2 gratis flesjes water op de kamer. Ontbijt was super en uitgebreid.

Obody home!

Advertised as having reception, bar and food but everything closed. NOTHING available at all not even reception. Had to call to be allowed in at all and then only to give the key. The hotel facilities are closed on a Sunday!!! Be aware!!!

Vriendelijke ontvangst waarbij we goeie informatie kregen over het hotel, de omgeving, restaurants, stadswandeling. Ruime kamer met alle voorzieningen. Prima verzorgd ontbijt op het terras. Wij lomen zeker terug.

Why this hotel has 4 stars and such a high rating I do not know. Unless I have seen it not correctly. Anyway the disappointment was because of the loud noises on the street. Opposite the hotel is a restaurant with people eating and drinking outside. The hotel was okay, everything very average. Nothing special. Nice town Diksmuide.
