"We had an amazing time at this beautiful duplex in Sierra Nevada! It was perfect for our group of 8, with children, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a warm and festive atmosphere, and we were so touched by the thoughtful gift left for us. "The customer service was excellent. The employees had little country flags on their nametags representing the languages they spoke, which was a nice touch. The person who checked us in gave some great sight-seeing and restaurant recommendations, including a map. The hotel was beautiful and smelled lovely. The room was great and very clean. "

Nice hotel with helpful staff

"We very much enjoyed staying at this hotel and visiting beautiful Granada. The hotel was an easy walk from the train station. The staff was so nice and so helpful. The breakfast room was light and airy and the food was yummy. The bus stops right in front of the hotel so it saves a few blocks of walking into the heart of the city. My only complaint was the hard bed. The rooms are simple but the staff, amenities, and location make this a memorable choice. "
