Spacious Entry with boot bench and clothing rack. Large south facing deck has table for 4 and additional 4 chairs. The deck can be used year-round. 2 Parking Permits are provided in the unit. The unit has 2 unassigned surface parking spots in the lot next to the building.

Location - On Lake Dillon.
In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland and 20 minutes to Breckenridge. Just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, the Coffee Lab, REI, snowsport rental, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema, bowling, nightlife. Less than 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon and the new lake ice and hockey rink.

In the summer take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the new $8 million Dillon Amphitheater. On the Summit County Rec/Bike path that goes all around the lake and to every town and resort. A wonderful central location.
