Brand New Condo; Private Balcony, Walk to Dillon Marina, Incredible Views

This brand new, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, a twin bed and a full-sized sleeper sofa. It is in a brand new complex and features a balcony with beautiful mountain views in the distance. You're minutes from multiple ski resorts or you can walk to nearby restaurants, Dillon Marina or take advantage of the bike paths. The Summit Stage has multiple stops nearby. This free bus service also runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes.

The living area offers a gas fireplace, a smart TV with Roku device for additional streaming options, and comfortable seating. Just off the living area is the private balcony featuring outdoor seating and incredible mountain views in the distance. The sofa pulls out into a full-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The breakfast bar seats three.

The spacious primary suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, twin-sized bed, and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The guest bedroom is off the dining area and features a queen-sized bed. The guest bathroom is just off the dining area. It has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Near the entryway is the private washer and dryer, and detergent is provided for your convenience.

Great place

This is a great condo, very clean, close to the marina and trail, plus walking distance to coffee, breweries, and restaurants. The building was quiet and the parking was secure as well.

Place looked Brand New, very impressive. Location perfect, did Vail, Keystone and Breckenridge. Would definitely rent again. Only thing was one of the checking out steps. Could not find a place to dispose of the garbage. Very minor, used a trash can across the street. Don’t pass this up!!!

Mountain Visit

The property was clean and very well equipped. It was new and appeared as advertised. The rental management communication was very good and instructions were clear. There are many restaurants and extensive shopping nearby and great hiking trails within a short drive. We visited Breckenridge and Frisco during our stay and hiked some trails with beautiful views.

Great Ski Home Base

The one challenge here is finding the place, but once we did, we were glad we came. The place is located in a newer building with three floors, but it had an elevator! You can walk to a number of places to eat and drink (which we did). It is an easy drive to the Epic big four (Keystone, Breck, Vail, and Beaver Creek). However, you are also close to Copper Mountain and A-basin. The kitchen was well equipped (bring larger filters) and stocked with a couple of essentials. The condo was super clean and well maintained. I loved it and would look for it again on another trip West.

Great Condo Outrageous Verbo Fee

Rental unit is great. Satisfactory cleaned and lightly furnished. Very good western view of the mountains, Lake Dillon is visible to the left from the balcony. Good 200 Mbps Comcast internet. Well appointed kitchen, could have some more overhead lighting though. Installing an entry door latch to secure it while inside, esp. at night is recommended. Secure underground parking for one vehicle but quite tight straight spaces. Would look to rent again but without Verbo's almost fifty bucks scam level fee.

It’s really new and the decor and features are all so nice. Parking in the garage was great and we loved the storage locker right by the parking spot (so helpful with all our ski gear). The kitchen and bathrooms were so nice. The beds were all comfortable. We really enjoyed lounging on the coach pulled out even though we didn’t need it for sleeping. Overall the space was nice for 4 of us (not too small). Dillion is a central location to several ski areas. We willdefiantly look into booking this condo again.

The Cleanest VRBO I’ve Ever Stayed In but….

The frustrating check in process was over shadowed by the impeccably clean space! But, let’s start with the check in. Traveling, in and of itself, can be daunting at times, especially when coming to a new place/state. I was immediately turned off by having to sign a contract. I choose VRBOs because I like giving my lodging money to actual people rather than corporations and this contract made me feel like big business was my host. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I’m hoping this is a requirement or bylaw from the building, town or county and not actually the owner’s doing. I arrived at dark and the directions, for me at least, were confusing. I drove around in circles for about 10-15 minutes before I finally figured out where I was going. I was overwhelmed by the amount of emails, texts and information I had to read through and decode before even entering the building. Every door had a different code which were explained in different places within several messages. A suggestion would be something very simple on one page: front door building code X, apartment door code X, garage code X, garbage door code X. Also, the code to the building front door never worked so I had to use the garage each time. No biggie there really. Now to the good, The space itself was SPOTLESS! Like, you could eat off the floor kind of clean. The space was beautiful and I loved the split floor plan. The beds were some of the best I’ve ever slept on! The location was perfect for my daily visits to my daughters place in Dillon and for our exploring adventures to Keystone, Idaho Springs, and Denver. Thank you for the wonderful memories and providing a clean and cozy spot to stay. I would absolutely stay again if the check in process was amended to be more streamlined. And to those reading this, make sure you are very clear about what building you’re going to (they all look alike and the numbers are not visible, especially on a cold snowy night in February).

Fantastic Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Great Location!

!We had a wonderful stay! Check-in and access were super easy, and having a private garage was a huge plus. The unit was clean, newer, and well-equipped—it had everything we needed, from a coffee maker with filters to an ice maker that came in handy for filling our water bottles before hikes.The location was perfect—just minutes from Dillon Reservoir and a short drive to Frisco’s restaurants and shops. There was even a concert at the nearby amphitheater one evening, but it ended by 10 p.m., so it didn’t interfere with our relaxation.Sleeping with the windows cracked and ceiling fans on brought in that crisp mountain air—so refreshing! The bed was very comfortable, and the third-floor access was easy with both stairs and an elevator.This was a super comfortable and convenient home base for our mountain getaway. Would absolutely stay here again!
