10/10 Excellent
"This property is undergoing an update but yet it was still very clean and will be very nice when completed. The staff was excellent! Our TV remote quit working and within 5 minutes the desk clerk knocked on the door with a new one. Unfortunately, another guest decided to make a disturbance at 2am. Once again, the hotel staff took care of it immediately. We will stay here again on our next trip to Cherokee."
