"Visted mount abu property on 02 Nov 24 with family.
The stay was plesant in overall.
However property correct contact number not provided in itinary, resulted in unsecure booking till arrival.
On arrival also booking was not showing in prporty recieption. It was quite bad when you reach to prpoperty for stay.
Staff Mr. Vishal given us full sopport and provided a room as booked. Staff co-operative.
Property renovated and exterior still on progress. Interior quite good.

"No hot shower. Chappie needed a spaner to turn on our tap to fill a bucket. I turned it off to save water but couldn’t turn it on again! Rinsed off in the basin.
Our driver’s dorm room had mice so he slept in the car. "
"Rooms are not as in pictures. The rooms where we stayed smelled of septic tank which leaks. It is clear that the building has seen better times and is in serious need of upgrades and renovation. No shower curtain, everything got wet including toilet paper. The name and price do not reflect reality.
The food we ordered was good, and the personnel tried hard, but accommodations were sub-standard certainly for the price we paid. Bad lighting, geckos and bugs in room, wifi only worked in reception...
"Stay was netural , AC room was mentioned but alloted non AC room ( instead single room with 2 x double bed given 2 rooms with double bed in each room ), Breakfast was included in offer but when reach told it's not applicable for kids above 5 years age so had to pay extra for kids breakfast . Better for solo traveller , for family would not prefer . "
