Ik heb erg genoten en ter plekke nog een nacht bijgeboekt. Heerlijke (betaalde) wellness met een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. De eenpersoonskamer was klein maar fijn, een ruime badkamer en lekker bed. De klantvriendelijkheid in dit hotel is hoog en het ontbijt goed. Gratis parkeren bij de accommodatie

Ottima scelta

Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile, davvero eccellente, in particolare la reception (oltre ogni aspettativa) e la spa (gradevolissima). Servizio ottimo. Zona tranquilla e vicina a molti punti di interesse. Ottima accoglienza per gli animali domestici (e senza costi aggiuntivi!!!). Prezzi accessibilissimi, anche per gli extra. L'hotel offre agli ospiti, gratuitamente, la Trentino Guets Card, che permette di risparmiare tantissimo (moti servizi gratis) sia sulle attrazioni che sui trasporti: un omaggio davvero gradito e utile. La stanza era un po' piccolina ma vivibile. Colazione molto buona ma aggiungerei qualcosa di caldo (tipo uova strapazzate e pancetta o verdure cotte) e qualche formaggio in più. Unico commento per i pasti: si notava molta differenza fra un menù e l'altro, per la scelta, per qualità e per le porzioni...sembrava quasi che ci fossero cuochi diversi nei vari giorni...

Hotel molto confortevole e ricco di servizi. Ideale per famiglie grazie alla costante presenza di Alex come animatore del miniclub ed esperto di escursioni sempre disponibile per preziosi consigli. Completano il feedback molto positivo la disponibilità di pranzo al sacco su richiesta senza sovrapprezzo ed il relax garantito anche per i genitori grazie alla piccola ma funzionale spa ed alla presenza di una sala cinema serale. Hotel nel complesso buono, peccato che noi facendo il week end abbiamo scoperto che il centro benessere è chiuso di sabato. Sul sito non se ne parlava. Camera con balcone?!?!?! Diciamo, porta su parapetto, ma dalla camera non si esce. Per il resto, si mangia bene, per la sola cena che abbiamo consumato, niente di speciale, ma comunque buono. Personale, sempre gentilissimo e disponibile.
