"In the heart of countryside sits this lovely manor and only a short walk away from the nearest town. If you want a simple stay with an easy breakfast and delightful, kind and helpful staff this is the place you want. Visited 3 times and shall be using again."

"Paul was friendly and everything went smoothly. The accommodation was private and well placed in the garden and very clean. Two slight niggles we found the mattress rather hard and the towels while looking new we're difficult to dry us. Otherwise all good. "

"We stayed for a week in Loreto and we couldn't of asked more from this property. This property was so thoughtfully presented, from dishwasher tablets to boardgames and a games room. Freshwater was a great location, really close to shops, pubs and takeaways but still a lovely quiet residential area. We are definitely going to re book this property and totally recommend it to anyone who might be interested."

"Loved the location, by walks and the sea. The living space and bathroom areas are fabulous and large. Everything you could need in the kitchen, the drier was a bonus after using the hot tub (lush), we could dry our towels. Would stay again definitely. Hanging in bedroom was a bit wobbly, could do with fixing. A couple more hooks on the back of the bedroom doors would be useful. These are very minor though and did not affect our holiday at all."

"Excellent accommodation, ideally situated close to Compton Bay, within easy reach of local conveniences and bike hire in Freshwater, a fabulous restaurant The Hut on the waterfront and a great little farm shop at Warren Farm. Perfect for exploring Isle of Wight and it's geological treasures. "
