General manager to junior staff has been truly amazing during our entire stay. Very clean, comfortable place for nature loving people like us. The lunch and breakfast we enjoyed a lot! We sure will come back!

Fantastic quiet spot to enjoy Koslanda area. Highly recommended if you're looking to unwind and enjoy the grounds. Staff, service, food, room, pool all great, only downside is drive time to wider activities (Ella/Lipton's Seat) make for long day trips.

The hotel middle of the forest above the mountain with peace and amazing view and a 15minute to walk to the temple ....with great foods and staff , Since we arrived until we left Sahiru answered alll our questions helped us with a smile he is amazing ... The hotel should be among the city's attractions in the middle of

Ella Jungle resort was a truly magical place. This was the highlight of our two week trip through Sri Lanka. We only booked one night from previous reviews as we thought this would be enough. Boy were we wrong. Wished we booked at least a two night stay. Three would have been nice and relaxing. Rooms - Deluxe room. Beautiful!!! Floor to ceiling glass surrounding the bed. Feels like you are deluxe camping in the jungle with the luxury of a double bed and fly net. Great deck to sit by the...

Absolutely stunning property and surroundings! House and rooms are nice and clean but public spaces felt small for the 7 rooms (14 people). It is nice if you are happy to socialize and share space. Staff was amazing and accommodating - food was good, not amazing - a little hit or miss. We didn’t have the full board / all inclusive like others and I felt like the prices were high for Sri Lanka. Menu was more accommodating to the full board. This is a remote location so plan to be spending most...

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, catered to our needs very effectively

Very good mountain view. If you want a full mountain view, this is it

Amazing view, very close to restaurants and pubs in the town

Beautiful lake view and walkable to main attractions. Most friendly staff.

Property was clean and staff were wonderful! The breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend.

Incredible views from our room at Tunnel Top, overlooking the beautiful valley and the iconic train tracks! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We also loved that drinks were available for free throughout our stay. The staff were outstanding — super friendly and genuinely accommodating. They made us drinks, helped carry our luggage up the stairs, and even arranged tuk tuk transportation into Ella for us. Their warm hospitality made our stay even better. What really sealed the...

We didn't expect much given we were a last minute booking but the service was just over and above anything we could have expected. The check-in service

Good Hospitality

This is the place to stay if you come to Ella. It could not have been more perfect. You wake up to stunning views of the mountains and the most delicious homemade traditional breakfast. You can walk straight from the home to town or to hikes and popular sights. It keeps you out of the hustle and bustle of the street so you can really enjoy your stay. 11/10, loved my stay here. If I come back to Ella, I would love to stay again!

The room was excellent. Had everything I needed. Only thing I would add is an additional plug socket to the room. Melani was phenomenal from the start and throughout, she went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and Melani checked what I wanted and even accommodated things like getting low fat options, which she didn’t need to do. The star of this hotel besides the staff is the view from the balcony! Looking out onto Ella was lovely,...

This is the best place I have ever stayed
