"All the staff and general manager Mr Kunal were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond their duties. Even the security team made us feel safe and secure. We left our kids for few hours and they made sure they didn't leave the complex and we're kept safe. Joshua, Joe, Kunal, and the all the team in the kitchen catered for all our needs. The location is perfect for quiet stay. The pools are deep but that help d my son to boost his confidence and he was fine swimming. Food at breakfast was...

Top reviews in Dimbuni

The Oasis Residence

Jambiani

10/10 Excellent

The reviews on this place did not serve it justice! I was blown away at the amenities that were not mentioned. When you arrive you are greeted with a welcome drink and cleansing towel. There is a restaurant on site and you basically get a concierge that you can message whenever you need something. They even provide a grocery list of things they can shop for you and will do your laundry (both for a fee). Shuttle to sister hotel to go to the beach was a good plus (no fee). Staff was...

This is the place to stay on the island! We had a marvelous time at the Ocean Boutique. Every single staff person has a smile and extraordinary customer service skills. They can arrange any excursions you want. Everything is kept sparkling and clean as they service your room twice a day. The food is outstanding. Chef Ali and his team serve amazing good. If you are a foodie, this is the place you want to stay. You will not be disappointed in a single thing. Thank you for taking such good care of...

- the communication with the hotel owner was smooth - there were no unpleasant surprises waiting for us - everything in other reviews was 100% correct - we were picked up from the airport - the beach bungalow was ready and always clean - the staff was very nice and helpful - the breakfast served at the porch (nice view of the beach) - the beach was clean and accessible right from the bungalows (low tide - nice walks, high tide - water was 3m from the resort) - food and cocktails were...

Aluna Paje

Paje

10/10 Excellent

I really want to write this review to commend the staff at Aluna. I got horrible food poisoning from food I ate outside of the hotel and felt like I was on death’s door. However once the staff was aware of this, they took note and periodically checked on me to make sure I was okay. Rahman went above and beyond bringing me water, medicine and even food to make sure I was okay. Honestly wish I was not holed up in the room instead of enjoying the beach and the town of Paje however I would highly...
