For rent, in the heart of the medieval city of DINAN, a T2 apartment of 50 m2 renovated, on the ground floor of a pleasant small residence.
Independent entrance. Dining room living room with BZ sofa with a very good bed of 140, fitted and equipped kitchen (hob, oven, mini oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, 1 12-cup coffee maker, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils , complete crockery).
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, Shower room with shower, separate WC, LCD TV, radio-CD, DVD player.
Supply of products for maintenance, dishes and cleaning.
A participation of 30 € will be required at your departure if the cleaning has not been done properly.
In spring and fall, heating is in addition to the rental.

The perfect apartment from which to explore Dinan and North Brittany
The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The position is perfect, just 50 metres from the ramparts and the spectacular view over the Rance Valley and the old port. The Basilica and the old town are just 5 minutes walk away. As mentioned in other reviews, parking can be a problem in Dinan but the owner allowed us to use her underground garage. The lady is very pleasant and cheerful and between her English, my French and Google Translate we got on just fine. I can thoroughly recommend this apartment if you want to stay in Dinan.

The apartment was light, clean, spacious and very conveniently situated in picturesque Dinan.
We were greeted by the friendly owner who offered us the use of her underground garage, which proved very useful as sometimes there were no parking spaces in the street. The apartment was literally steps away from the town ramparts which gave fabulous views down to the port and Rance valley. We were able to explore the old town without using the car and spent many happy hours wandering around the cobbled streets, admiring the beautiful old buildings and eating at the good quality cafes and restaurants. Our apartment was comfortable and well equipped, with the additional advantages of a private terrace and communal garden. It was also easy to access the surrounding countryside, pretty villages, St Malo, Dinard and the coast by car.
