We arrived quite late to the hotel and the hotel staff had kindly help to call a taxi for us at dinant train station (as the trams had stopped) had a very pleasant stay overall. beds were comfortable and hotel was clean

We really enjoyed our stay here! Friendly staff, great location, and we loved having a balcony. The only downside was that our bathroom didn't have a door - which is quite inconvenient when you travel with a toddler!

We arrived on a Sunday evening and most shops had closed. The hotel is a bit out of town. The room was adequate, but the steps up to the mezzanine bedroom were very steep. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of mosquitos in the room, which we weren't prepared for. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly.

Early Check-in Close and No Contact

Check-in closed at 9pm. We were planning to arrive after 9pm but there was no way to contact the hotel to let them know as their phone number leads to a dead line after you choose the English option. We arrived at the hotel and the front reception and door were closed. We spent the night in the car as we had no other option.

The people by the reception were friendly. The room had a nice balcony. But the beds are only 80 cm which is to small for adults, the light from the hall came under the door (which made an noice opening and closing) and lightened up de room. There was nothing to hang up your towels. We made the appointment that we would get help to carry our suitcases from the stairs as my husband is 86 and I don't have much strength. They would come 10.00 next morning. (You have to leave the room at 10.00. Usually 11.00) We had to put the keys in a box befor breakfast. When we went to the reception after breakfast the hotel was closed and when you try to phone them they said you have to book at the website.so we stood there in the rain. Our suitcases in the room, no key and nobody there. We went to the neighbour who sells tickets for the kano trips. She called them and there came 2 ladies who helped us.
