Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Son aspect neuf et l'équipement. 🙁 Les deux tables extérieures étaient rouillées sur le dessus. Dommage. Le garage promis dans l'annonce n'était pas accessible pour un problème de télécommande.... pas de proposition de remise sur le tarif. Il a été un peu difficile de trouver une place de parking dans la rue."

Le Ballast "Dinard : Vacances dans un site protégé Accueil agréable. Appartement très propre, bien agencé, avec de nombreux placards. Le linge de maison est fourni. Cuisine moderne aménagée avec des appareils de qualité. Des balcons-terrassses de chaque côté de l'appartement apportent un agrément supplémentaire à la bonne saison. Les petits points négatifs sont : - le 2ème étage sans ascenseur, pas facile pour transporter les bagages ; - le box étroit : compliqué d'y faire entrer une voiture de plus de 1,60 m de large. Après l'avoir testé le jour de mon arrivée, j'ai trouvé plus simple de garer la voiture sur l'avenue. Environnement calme et sûr. L'immeuble est placé à mi-chemin entre les plages de Saint-Enogat et de Dinard, à partir desquelles s'offrent de superbes promenades le long de la mer."
