"I stayed with two friends here for a long weekend of cycling in the surrounding alpine countryside. Property was easy to find/access, and just as described, which was perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, well-laid out, centralized location. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioners worked great. "

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."

"I stayed with my three college aged children. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Living room furniture seemed a little tired looking but linens were fresh and clean, bathroom was great and having a washing machine was a big bonus! It was quite hot the weekend we were there. I would suggest making fans available to guests since there was no air conditioning. Quick walk from train station and close to everything!! Highly recommend!"

"Loved this apartment in the heart of Annecy! Completely surrounded by amazing shopping and dining and so close to the river! The space felt like such a reflection of the local culture and really maximized the square footage. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Appartement tel que les photos, très bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville. Dommage que le proprio ne se déplace pas pour nous accueillir et nous aider avec les clés et la télé. La serrure est spéciale, il faut pousser sur la clé pour déverrouiller la porte et cela nous a pris quelques minutes pour y arriver. On aurait aussi apprécié une ou deux doses de café pour le premier matin. Pour le reste, l’appartement est spacieux et super bien situé, la literie est de qualité et il y a beaucoup de...

"Nous avons grandement apprécié la localisation du studio, nous permettant de découvrir Annecy et les environs facilement. Le logement était joliment décoré et chaleureux, toutefois celui-ci manquait de propreté ce que nous avons trouvé vraiment dommage."
