Garage comodissimo, anche con auto grande siamo riusciti senza problema ad entrare nel posto ed uscire. Posizione centrale, a pochi passi a piedi dal centro di Annecy e comodamente servito da autobus, stazione a due passi. Negozi, bar e ristoranti nelle strade adiacenti. "Nous avons grandement apprécié la localisation du studio, nous permettant de découvrir Annecy et les environs facilement. Le logement était joliment décoré et chaleureux, toutefois celui-ci manquait de propreté ce que nous avons trouvé vraiment dommage."

"Very central location in the old town but still very peaceful in the apartment itself! Appreciated that there were 2 fans in the property and these were already on when I arrived! That was a lovely touch and very appreciated during a very warm period!! "

"I stayed with my three college aged children. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Living room furniture seemed a little tired looking but linens were fresh and clean, bathroom was great and having a washing machine was a big bonus! It was quite hot the weekend we were there. I would suggest making fans available to guests since there was no air conditioning. Quick walk from train station and close to everything!! Highly recommend!"

"Cute studio apartment perfect for one person or a couple. Very clean, provide various tourists guides and attractions if desired. Owner was great about communication to ensure I had easy usage of the flat. Easy to get to other parts of Annecy."

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."

"Location is awesome. It would have been nice if the details explained where parking is located. Parking was not too far away and a breeze. Pricing was not too expensive. The apt. has its challenges. Entry into the building is a bit lacking of desirability. Once you get to the unit it’s spacious and works. Beds are good, heating units take a few to quick in, but downstairs never fully heats up. Our only complaints are no WiFi and the cleanliness. It lacks that extra touch. We’d stay...
