Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die tolle und freundliche Bedienung ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat sich stets bemüht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich schön hergerichtet. Sauna und Pool waren sauber und es wurden ständig neuen Handtücher aufgefüllt, sowie kalte und warme Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam ❤️

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem und vor allem freundlich herzlichem Service. Der Wellnessbereich ist etwas kleiner, was aber sehr schön durch die smarte Ausgestaltung ausgeglichen wird. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und fürs Abendessen sind das Restaurant und die Bar ausgezeichnet. Es gibt wenn nur Kleinigkeiten auszusetzen, die im Gesamtkontext des Erlebnisses unseres Aufenthalts vollständig untergegangen sind und darauf kommt es für uns an.

Top Wellness Hotel in der Altstadt

Uns hat der Aufenthalt ausserordentlich gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich, das Hotel ist top-modern in einem Altstadthaus untergebracht und die Einrichtungen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Unser Zimmer war grosszügig, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Absolut einzigartig empfanden wir den Spa. Der Pool ist einfach toll und die verschiedenen Ruhezonen und Saunen super. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel von A - Z weiterempfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön (wie die letzten Male auch). Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer waren komfortabel und sauber, und die Lage war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Allerdings waren wir enttäuscht zu erfahren, dass am Abreisetag, nach dem Frühstück und dem Check-Out, die Nutzung des Spa-Bereiches nur gegen einen Aufpreis von 35€ pro Person möglich ist. Dies war bei den Aufenthalten zuvor frei und ich finde bei den Übernachtungspreisen sollte man den Gästen diesbezüglich entgegenkommen, zumal zu dem Zeitpunkt (11Uhr) sich 2 Paare im Wellnessbereich befanden. Ein weiterer Punkt, der uns gestört hat, war, dass das Reinigungspersonal ohne Anklopfen in unser Zimmer kam. Dies hat zu einigen unangenehmen Momenten geführt und hat das Gefühl von Privatsphäre beeinträchtigt. Trotz dieser kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten würden wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen aber ob wir wiederkommen bezweifle ich.

Eines der schönsten Wellnesshotels seit Langem. Der Spa-Bereich lies meine Begleitung und mich staunen, da hat sich der Architekt wirklich übertroffen. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight und wirklich nicht, wie in anderen Hotels, zu kalt, sondern das Wasser hat die richtige Wohlfühltemperatur. Großes Lob auch an die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, egal ob Rezeption, Küche oder bei der Wellnessbehandlung. Das Hotel lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen und denkt sogar an Kleinigkeiten, wie kostenlose Hygieneartikel für Frauen in den Umkleiden. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt, dieses Hotel kann man nur empfehlen.
