"The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location and facilities were great, and I have no complaints about the property itself.Unfortunately, my experience with the host was disappointing. From the beginning, communication felt unfriendly and at times unnecessarily rude. Simple questions about firewood and parking arrangements were answered in a way that made me feel like I was causing an inconvenience rather than being a paying guest.The check-in process was also frustrating. When I couldn’t locate the door code and contacted the host for assistance, the instructions were rushed and incomplete. I was not told that the # button needed to be pressed after entering the code, which caused unnecessary confusion. When the host arrived, the interaction felt abrupt and unwelcoming rather than helpful.Throughout my stay, I felt that communication was handled with very little patience or hospitality. While the property itself deserves high praise, the attitude and customer service from the host significantly affected the overall experience.I would recommend the house for its comfort and quality, but future guests should be aware that the hosting experience may not match the standard of the accommodation itself."
