The staff was so friendly and accommodating, allowing us to fill our cooler with ice, and keeping the po open a few minutes longer since we arrived late. The bed and bedding are luxurious, the shower is AMAZING with a waterfall/raindrop type shower, thick towels, and the room was spotless. The room temperature was perfect. "This was the worst best western I’ve ever stayed at. The beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning unit made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. The pool was heated to an uncomfortably warm temperature and the pool room was excessively humid. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped in resolving an issue that was not theirs to resolve, so I appreciate the staff for sure.
