"We stay at this hotel often and have stayed in many different rooms. We were in room 257 this time. Overall very clean. I didn’t like the bed-too soft. The last time we stayed in a similar room it had carpet, this room had laminate flooring and I know that the laminate flooring is cleaner overall but it lacked a certain comfort. When we stayed in room 356 it had carpet and felt a lot more comfortable and felt “warmer”. The shower heads could use an upgrade as well. But overall I like this hotel. The pool is decent and more kid friendly than most because even the deep end isn’t super deep. The staff here are wonderful- always so kind and they smile when they see you and so helpful. For the price I think this is a great hotel! "

"Overall nice enough facilities. In my room the shower was not working well due to most of the water was still coming out of the tub filler instead of the shower head. But the biggest issue was the room beside mine had people cooking in it. The food smell was so overwhelming it made it impossible to sleep. There was no rooms available to change to."

"Even though the parking lot was full, the hotel offered alternate parking at no cost. The staff was very accomodating when we asked for a late checkout due to a family tragedy. "

"the breakfast was warm and tasty. the hot water and coffee were always filled and available. the pool and hot tub area was exceptionally clean and well stocked with towels."

"I would not call it a good experience at all. Even when I reached the property at 5 pm, I had to wait for 15-20 minutes because housekeeping was still working. Finally, when i went in room, the receptionist called me because they forget to took the payment from me. When I paid and try to get back to the room, the door was not opening because something in lock was broken. In short, my one and half hour was wasted due to all this when I had to check out early in morning at 7 am. My problem here is not the time that was disturbed but I expected some compensation for that. The manager clearly refused for any sort of compensation. So in short, I will never come back to this property again because I work in hotel front desk department too and any inconvenience to the guests should always be addressed."
