Located right next to the boardwalk. Lots of great restaurants and close to both the bus station and airport. Very quiet.

Very dirty hotel.

Towels were thin, dirty and over-used. Bed was comfortable enough to sleep in, but dirty. Whole place looked like it was falling apart and was very dirty in general.

Nice place if you don't need internet

Good location and friendly personell. I couldn't use the internet despite that the signal was strong. The capacity needs to be updated.

Need proper maintenance and improvement

The condition of the facility is deteriorating. Defective aircon, bathroom towels are old and brownish in color, damage door knob and security lock not working. Although cleanliness is maintained but I would recommend it will be improved and aircon is replaced or fix.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was accessible to restaurants and the boulevard by the sea. It was relatively clean. The only downside was there was no elevator and our room was in the third floor but we got a good cardio exercise.

Bra hotell med perfekt läge

Trevligt hotell som ligger väldigt bra till i Dipolog. Bra värde för pengarna, dock lite dåligt tryck i duschen men beror nog på att vi hade rummet på översta våningen. AC var utmärkt dock.

Cheap room prices but the amenities were very standard. Air conditioning worked well, and the location is close to many restaurants and the boulevard.

Value for Money

The place is conveniently situated right next to the awesome boulevard, and to plenty of restaurants, eatery, and fastfood options. The staffs are welcoming. Although the hallways need some kind of ventilation, coz it can get really hot midday, the room was clean and can get really cold with their quality aircon. Overall, it was a great value for money. Will stay again if I get back to Dipolog. PS. Nobody answers the contact numbers posted here nor anywhere in the internet. Also, I took a better picture of the bed. Feel free to replace the photo in the site :)
